这座1930年代的宅邸需要更好地与六口之家融合。为了更好地满足家庭的长期需求，生活区需要优化，同时提供足够的休养空间。为此，引进了一个大型开放式厨房、家庭起居区和正式的房间/书房，以及一个动力室、地下室和主卧休息室。现在都能看到修剪整齐的花园、网球场、游泳池和游泳池，让光线穿透昏暗的室内。
To turn over a new leaf, the 1930s abode needed to better align with its family of six. In a bid to better serve the family’s longterm needs, the living zones needed to be optimised, while providing plenty of room for retreat. For this, a large open plan kitchen, family living area and formal room/study was introduced, in addition to a power room, cellar and master bedroom retreat. All of these spaces now enjoy a vibrant vista of the manicured garden, tennis court, pool and pool house, allowing light to penetrate the dim interior.
